We start with a ready-to-wear shirt whose collar and shoulder already sit properly, then alter the body and sleeve to your profile. No S/M/L, no slim-versus-regular guesswork, and no claim that every part of the garment can be solved the same way.
Cloth is confirmed with you before alteration. Tell us how you'll wear it — boardroom, wedding, every day — and we match the cloth to the job.

Work through the interactive Vitruvian guide with a tape, or print a slip and let any tailor fill it in. Eight measurements, taken once, stored in a profile that belongs to you.
We check every profile by hand before anything is altered, agree the cloth with you, and flag anything that looks off. No order goes through on numbers we haven't read.
Your shirt is finished by a tailor and sent to you. It is chosen for a better starting fit. If it does not fit, we remake it once at no cost; if the remake still does not fit, we refund you in full.
If your first shirt isn't right, tell us where — too tight across the back, sleeve a centimetre long, collar sitting high — and we remake it at no cost. If the second one still isn't right, we refund you in full and you keep the shirt. Fit is the whole product; we don't ask you to pay for our misses.
